The end of November marked the end of hurricane season this year in Florida. Although the season wasn’t nearly as bad as Floridians are used to seeing, there is still some relief amongst residents. This being said, your roof is probably in worse condition than when the year began. If you haven’t done any inspections on your roof thus far this year, how would you know if it held up well against the summer storms?
Even though we are coming into the dry season, this shouldn’t mean that you are turning a blind eye to the needs of your roof. Wet season will be back before you know it, and you want to be prepared. Regular roof inspections are always recommended by our experts at the very least once a year. We recommend once after hurricane season, and once again before hurricane season starts back up.
Hurricanes in Florida are somewhat unpredictable. The storms can be devastating, and cause hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage to a single family. This being said, you don’t want to risk your entire home believing that your roof didn’t take a beating this year, it must be fine.
We genuinely care about our customers. We would rather do repeat maintenance on a home than have to come in a replace a roof on a devastated home. If you have any concerns about your roof, give us a call at Roof Top Services, we are here to help you!
